Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis initiatives to identify process improvements and optimize business performance.

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new projects and enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective business solutions aligned with organizational goals.

  • Develop detailed business process models, use cases, and functional specifications.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and cost-benefit assessments for proposed initiatives.

  • Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in business analysis and digital transformation.

  • Contribute to additional strategic or analytical projects as assigned.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Honours or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

  • Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar).

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Knowledge of data-driven decision-making and business intelligence concepts.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
