Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis initiatives to identify process improvements and optimize business performance.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new projects and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Develop detailed business process models, use cases, and functional specifications.
Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and cost-benefit assessments for proposed initiatives.
Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in business analysis and digital transformation.
Contribute to additional strategic or analytical projects as assigned.
Educational Qualifications:
Honours or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar).
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Knowledge of data-driven decision-making and business intelligence concepts.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
